Remembering the days
when we first met
after all this time
I have no regrets.

We lived and learned
through hard times and good
we let go of each other
like we knew we should.

It's sad in a way
that the way things ended
knowing without a doubt
nothing can be mended.

Wishing you well
in whatever you do
I will always remember
the memories of you.
